military time

loving all these military jacket/vest looks by jules and kelly. despite the heat wave, i'm tempted to pull out my own surplus jacket and start putting together sweet outfits like these! {or} i could just splurge for the more weather-appropriate military vest j.crew just put out on the floor...it would look so cute with tanks and dresses underneath.
